First, there are public forums on the Rapid Solutions Exchange web site, where developers can interact with each other and provide feedback to Groove Networks. The Developer Forums are moderated by Groove Networks Developer Support on an "as time permits" basis, with no response time guarantee. Second, external Groove developers have set up their own Groove spaces to interact and share ideas. Here is an invitation to one of the more active public developer spaces. Please note, inactive people in this space will occasionally be suspended as normal management of a good Groove space. For Groove Application Partners there are additional Groove spaces for more in-depth discussion. Please contact your Groove Partner Relationship manager for invitations to these spaces as needed. For a direct response on critical questions, we recommend you create a developer support request. Please open a support incident as described in your partner agreement. When opening a support incident, it is important to include as much information as possible including detailed version information, steps to reproduce and any relevant code snippets. |
