Executive Staff

The Executive Staff Rapid Solution is designed to provide weekly visibility to executive staff. Each member of the team should create an "Executive Staff" record in the Where RU? tool, and then update it on aweekly basis to report his/her whereabouts for the week ahead. Additionally, the Status Reports tool provides a means to capture weekly reports by business unit.

• Where RU? contains the table view for reporting team whereabouts on a weekly basis.
  
  
• Status Reports captures weekly department status reports and provides a visual means to mark reports with Red or Yellow flags.
  
  
• Staff Meetings provides ongoing support for staff meetings.
  
  
• Discussion allows for conversation around organizational tactics, or as a place to post office information.
