To add an Idea record related to a Framing Question, select the question in the Framing Question view and click the Idea button. The Idea form opens with the selected Framing Question automatically referenced. Additionally, the Idea form includes a "Categorization" drop-down list, used for selecting or adding category names under which to sort the Idea records. For example, you might use categorize ideas by priority, organization, or market. Click the plus (+) button to add a new category keyword item. Note, however, that it\′s usually best to wait until all ideas have been submitted, and then lead the team through a categorization exercise.
