The HR Tracker Rapid Solution is designed for use by human resources personnel, external executive recruiting consultants, and hiring managers across the virtual office. It provides a framework for the process of submitting and approving new employee requisitions, as well as the subsequent tracking of candidates.

Important Features and Tips

  • Use Reqs and Candidates to track new employee requisitions, and to record information about prospective job candidates. The process works as follows:

    • First, create a job requisition record using the Requisition Form: Click Add Record - 1. Job Requisition. You can view requisition records by All, Department, Hiring Manager, or Status.

    • Next, associate candidates with a job requisition via the Candidate Form: Select a Job Requisition record in any Job Requisition view and click Add Candidate in the preview pane. A new Candidate record is created that automatically inherits values from the selected Job Requisition record. Users can view Candidate records by Status or Hiring Manager.

  • Tip: Records created via the Candidate Form can be copied to the Windows clipboard and pasted into any view in the Candidates tool in the HR Job Interviews Rapid Solution.

  • Use Files to store reusable human resources document templates such as offer letters, benefits literature, employment agreements, and stock option agreements.
