Distribute candidate information, capture interview results in near-real time, and distribute reference checking
The HR Job Interviews Rapid Solution is designed for virtual organizations that are hiring for geographically distributed offices and teams. Each team of interviewers can create a new workspace via this solution template for interviewing candidates for one or more specific requisitions. The solution provides a means of distributing candidate information, capturing interview results in near-real time (often providing insight to the next person in the interview process before the candidate arrives), and distributing reference checking.
Important Features and Tips
- Use Job Description to publish the job description(s) for the current requisition(s). Click New Note to add a new page for each new job description.
Use Candidates to add, share, and track candidate information, interview status, and reference checking. The process typically works as follows:
- Start by adding a new candidate: Click Add Record - 1. Candidate, fill out and save the Candidate form. You can view Candidate records by All, Hiring Manager, or Req#.
- After the interview, create an Interview Notes record and a Reference Checks record to be associated with the candidate: Select the candidate in any of the Candidate views, and click the Add Interview Notes and Add Reference Check buttons in the preview pane. Once created, you can switch views to see all Forms Interview Notes or Reference Checks records.
- Use Schedule for posting interview dates.
- Use Discussion to hold separate discussions to address questions about specific candidates or their interview/reference results.
