CH2M HILL’s iCIT™ is an all-hazards incident management solution to support emergency operations center (EOC) activities, incident management teams, and ongoing operations in both reliable and austere interagency environments.

iCIT™ provides integrated capabilities to:

• Enhance situational awareness, incident response, and consequence management
  
  
• Facilitate compliance with the National Incident Management System (NIMS) and implementation of the Incident Command System (ICS)
  
  
• Provide secure interagency real-time collaboration supporting planned and ad-hoc workflows

The iCIT™ Geographic Information System (GIS) extension works with the de facto standard in desktop GIS, ArcGIS from ESRI. The iCIT™ GIS extension allows GIS technicians to manage multiple incidents in EOC and field environments and to rapidly create and collaborate on geospatial information to a variety of users across the emergency services domain.

Secure collaboration is provided by Groove Networks Groove Virtual Office with integration provided by the iCIT™ File Publishing component. Situational awareness is further enhanced by incorporating Toucan Navigate from Information Patterns to provide GIS visualization within an incident Groove Workspace.

Successful deployment of iCIT™ relies on a foundation group of lifecycle enterprise spatial solutions (ESS) services that establishes and sustains an enterprise digital map service capability for our clients. Utilizing ESS ensures that the digital map service is shared, maintained, and integrated across the breadth and depth of the client enterprise.
