Reference Library

The Reference Library template is a workspace for tracking, managing and discussing assets of any type that may need to be shared or referenced within or across organizations. Workspace members can create or review asset reference documents that are shared with all other workspace members. Example use cases include:

• A marketing group creates a library of knowledge-based assets (e.g., analyst reports, whitepapers) to be shared across an organization.
  
  
• A small business creates a library of physical assets (e.g., computer hardware/software, office equipment).
  
  
• A large organization creates a library of expertise-based assets (e.g., engineers, sales professionals, support workers) where workers can search for specific skills they need to access.
