The Relationship Manager Rapid Solution is designed to facilitate communication, negotiation, document sharing and meeting activity among customers, partners, suppliers, and vendors. Use it to share and review contracts and proposals, plan and conduct status meetings, and coordinate all other aspects of a business relationship.

Important Features and Tips

  • Use Discussion as a forum for holding threaded exchanges about topics that have an impact on the relationship. Include links in discussion entries that point to relevant documents, meeting agenda and action items (e.g., a document in the Files tool, a meeting in the Meetings tools, a Web page). This tool can also be used as a bulletin board for sharing timely out-of-meeting developments.

  • Use Meetings to plan for, conduct and recap regularly scheduled meetings. Participants, agenda items, meeting minutes and action items are all recorded and can be referenced by meeting attendees while the meeting is underway, or by other workspace members once the meeting has taken place.

  • Use Files as a shared file cabinet for documents such as requests for information, proposals, marketing plans, legal contracts, quarterly sales results, or delivery schedules. Create folders to categorize files by month, quarter, plan, project, function,or document or deliverable type.
