The Program Reference Rapid Solution is designed for managing programs and projects. Users can create Program Reference records that contain general information about the program and team, as well as status information. Additionally, users can engage in discussions about specific programs or projects and share program-related documents.


Important Features and Tips

  • Use Program Reference to create new Program Reference records: click Add Record - Program Reference. On the Program Reference form, most drop-down list items are derived from values entered in Drop-down List Item records. Depending on your access privileges, you may be able to add, delete, or modify the items listed in these fields.

    You can see existing Drop-down List Item records in the Drop-down List Items view (if available).

  • You can view Program Reference records by Program Lead, by Status, or by Title.

  • Use Discussion to share time-sensitive information or discuss issues.

  • Use Files to share program documents to be reviewed and discussed as a group.
